Who we are and how to contact us
You are entering into a contract for sale of goods with Real Asset Services UK Limited (“We”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16324860 and have our registered office at 1 Hoopers Court, London, United Kingdom, SW3 1AF. All products and services offered for sale on this website shall be provided by us or our affiliates. “Gioia Bonomi Designs” is the trading name of Real Asset Services UK Limited.

Using our website
When you place an order on our website we will assume that you accept, understand and agree to be bound by, the version of these terms which are in force at the time of your order.
By ordering goods on the website you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with us and that you are at least 18 years old.
Acceptance of orders
We will contact you by email (using the details you have provided) to confirm we've received your order, and we will contact you again (normally expected to be within 7 days) to confirm we've accepted your order.
Sometimes we will need to reject orders, for example because: (i) materials required to manufacture the product are unexpectedly out of stock; or (ii) the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid (if any).
We charge you at the point we accept your order; if we are not able to successfully take payment at this stage, we will not accept your order. You will only own your product, and we will dispatch the product, once we have received payment in full.
Price and payment
The manner in which prices are displayed is based on currency and location (being picked up by the IP address on your first visit to the website). You can change your country via the country selector in our footer. Please note we accept payment in US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds. Your shipping country may determine which currency you can shop in. For some orders you may be liable to pay: (i) an additional fee for delivery; and/or (ii) any charges imposed by local customs or excise authorities, if possible the value of such fees/charges shall be communicated to you prior to placing your order.
If you visit the website from an IP address within a country where VAT is applicable (including but not limited to the United Kingdom), or choose such a country via the country selector, all prices displayed will include VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at our sole discretion at any time. Such changes will not affect the price you pay for orders already accepted by us.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information at the time you order any product. Payment when ordering online can be made by credit or debit card.
We have contracted with a third-party payment processor to facilitate purchases made on the website. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by our payment processor and your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason.
If: (i) section 4.2 applies; and (ii) the rate of VAT changes between the date you place your order and the date we accept your order, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay.
We will charge you additional sums if you don't give us information we've asked for about how we can access your property for delivery or installation, or if you don't do preparatory work required for installation, as agreed with us. For example, we might need to re-deliver on another vehicle or with extra manpower or reschedule installation.
Delivery
We try to dispatch and deliver to you the ordered goods as soon as possible. Dispatch times may, however, vary according to availability. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or events outside our control.
You acknowledge and agree that, given the bespoke nature of all goods available on the website, lengthy periods for delivery may apply. By placing an order, you agree to the estimated timeframe for delivery provided by us before you placed the order.
If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team at info@gioiabonomidesigns.com to cancel the relevant order and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for in advance, but not received.
Goods we supply
We try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee that any particular product, or bespoke optionality in relation to a product, will always be available to be made to order.
A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on our website, on your device or in any other marketing materials we produce, or its packaging may be slightly different.
We may send to you, or feature on the website, drafts, samples and/or intermediate versions of a product which are based on materials or information provided by you. When you accept such drafts, samples or similar materials, such acceptance expressly confirms you would like the product to be supplied on the basis of that draft, sample etc. In no event shall we be liable in connection with any errors in materials, information, logos or designs provided by you which we incorporate into a product at your request.
You do not have a right to cancel the contract
Once we have accepted your order, you do not have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of the sum you paid for it. This is because all goods supplied on the website are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
Defective goods
If you think there is something wrong with your product, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@gioiabonomidesigns.com.
We honour our legal duty to provide you with goods that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. The goods we provide must be as described, fit for purpose (including any specific purpose you have expressly communicated to us when placing your order) and of satisfactory quality.
If the product you received is faulty:
for 30 days (starting on the day after you received the product) you are entitled to a refund; and
for up to six months (starting on the day after you received the product), if the product can't be repaired or replaced, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.
We have the right to make changes
We might provide goods which are slightly different to those advertised where the difference is due to: (a) changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; and/or (b) minor technical adjustments and improvements.
We can also provide goods which could be substantially different from those advertised, but if we do so we'll notify you, and you can then contact our Customer Service Team at info@gioiabonomidesigns.com to cancel any purchases you have made before the change takes effect (and receive a refund for any goods you've paid for in advance, but won't receive).
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes we make to these terms will be effective immediately on posting to the website. For the avoidance of doubt, your order will be governed by the terms applicable at the time you placed the relevant order.
Suspension or withdrawal of the contract by us
We can suspend the supply of a product to: (a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes; or (b) update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. We can also stop providing a product at our sole discretion (however we will fulfil any orders we have already accepted for such products).
We can end our contract with you for purchase of a product and claim any compensation due to us if:
you don't, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information, cooperation or access that we need to provide the product, for example, access to premises to perform installation of a product;
we are not able to deliver to the address provided for delivery; or
you breach any material provision of these terms.
Liability
We're responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaching these terms unless the loss is:
Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).
Caused by a delaying event outside our control. As long as we have taken the steps set out in the section 5.3.
Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action, including following our reasonable instructions for use.
A business loss. Our liability for any loss you suffer in connection with your use of the goods in connection with a trade, business, craft or profession.
Personal data
How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Notice .
Disputes
Our Customer Service Team will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our goods.
These terms are governed by English law. Wherever you live, you can bring claims against us in the English courts and if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
Miscellaneous
We can transfer our contract with you, so that a different organisation is responsible for supplying your product. We'll tell you in writing if this happens and we'll ensure that the transfer won't affect your rights under the contract. If you're unhappy with the transfer you can contact our Customer Service Team at info@gioiabonomidesigns.com to end the contract (if you do so within 30 days of us telling you about the transfer) and we will refund you any payments you've made in advance for goods not provided.
This contract is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it and neither of us will need to ask anybody else to consent to our ending or changing it.
If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful and cannot be relied on, the rest will continue to apply.
We might not immediately chase you for not doing something (such as paying a sum due) or for doing something you're not allowed to do, but that doesn’t mean we can't take action later or act immediately if you do the same thing again.
